Instructions for changing default camera in Vmix Calls

Use Camera & Mic on Chrome:

1. Open Chrome Image.

2. Go to the link that wants to use your microphone and camera.

3. When prompted, choose Allow or Block.

Allowed sites: Sites can start to record when you're on the site. If you're using a different Chrome tab or a different app, a site can't start recording.

Blocked sites: Some sites won't work if you block them. For example, you won't be able to join a video conference

Change a site's camera & microphone permissions

1. Open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click More Image Image Settings.

3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.

4. Click Camera or Microphone.

Turn Ask before accessing on or off.

To remove an existing exception or permission, to the right of the site, click Delete

Change to Logitech Camera Instructions :

1.) Open Chrome and select the Chrome menu, represented by three vertical dots in the top-left corner.

2.) Select Settings or Preferences

3.) Scroll down and select Advanced.

4.) Under the Privacy and security section, select Site settings.

5.) Select either Camera or Microphone to access either setting.

6.) If you have multiple microphones or cameras you can choose which one to use as the default device for chrome.

7.) You can manually change camera and microphone access for individual websites. There are two ways:

If you've already blocked or allowed access to the site, follow the steps above and then select the trash button next to the site. This will force the site to ask you for access the next time it needs to.

If you haven't given explicit allow or block access, select the lock icon next to the URL at the top of Chrome, and select Site settings.

Choose Microphone or Camera, and then block or allow it.
